I would have paid a lot of money for this. Not because I needed someone to figure it out for me. But because figuring it out alone took so much longer than it should have. There were years of research I didn't need to do from scratch. School meetings I walked out of not knowing what had just happened. Evaluation reports I paid to have done without fully understanding what they said or how to use them. Documents I signed without knowing I could have pushed back. Strategies I tried that didn't work for years that would have changed things significantly faster. The trial and error cost us time. Time my kids didn't have. The Roadmap Package is what I wish had existed at the beginning of our journey. It's not a series of conversations. It's a genuine partnership — intensive, personalized, and built around your specific family and your specific child. Here's what it includes: Six 60-minute sessions, scheduled at a pace that works for your family. Most families do one session every one to two weeks, giving time to implement and observe between sessions. Document review throughout our work together. This is what sets this package apart. I will read your child's evaluation reports, IEPs, 504 plans, school communications, and any other relevant documents — and come to our sessions having actually done the work to understand what's in them. You won't have to explain everything from scratch or decode the jargon yourself. I'll have already done that, and we'll spend our time figuring out what to do with it. Email support between sessions. If something comes up — a school meeting gets scheduled unexpectedly, a letter arrives you don't understand, something shifts at home — you have access to me between sessions to think through your response. A personalized written action plan. At the end of our work together, you'll have a clear document summarizing what we covered, the decisions we made, the strategies we identified, and your next steps — organized in a way you can actually use and refer back to. What we cover across six sessions: Session 1: Where we are — Your child's full picture, what's been tried, what's working and what isn't, and your most urgent priorities. Session 2: The evaluation landscape — Making sense of your child's results, understanding the diagnoses and what they mean for your specific child, and identifying what to ask for based on what the data actually says. Session 3: School advocacy — Your rights, decoding the IEP or 504, identifying what's missing or could be stronger, and preparing for school conversations with the language and confidence to be heard. Session 4: Home strategies — Building a home environment and daily structure that works with your child's nervous system. Routines, sensory considerations, regulation strategies, and the small shifts that tend to make the biggest difference. Session 5: Building your support team — Who needs to be involved in your child's care, how to coordinate across providers so everyone works toward the same goals, and how to lead that team as the parent at the center. Session 6: The check-in system — Creating a sustainable rhythm for ongoing assessment so you can keep adjusting as your child grows and things change at school and at home. Who this is for: This package is for parents who are ready to stop reacting and start leading. Who are tired of feeling one step behind. Who want someone to actually read the documents, not just talk about them in the abstract. Who want a partner — not just a resource. It's for families dealing with complexity — multiple diagnoses, a school situation that isn't working, a child struggling in ways that one session can't fully address. Parents who are carrying a lot and need both strategic support and someone genuinely in their corner. A note on pricing: $2,000 is real money. I know that. I also know that a private psychoeducational evaluation costs $2,000 to $5,000. That one hour with an educational attorney runs $300 to $500. Families spend thousands on tutors, therapists, and interventions trying to figure out what's actually going on — often without the foundational understanding that would make all of those investments more effective. $2,000 for six sessions of intensive, personalized support — including document review, email access, and a written plan — is not a luxury. It is a shortcut to years of trial and error that your child doesn't have time for. If cost is a genuine barrier, please reach out before booking. I want to work with families who need this support and I'm willing to have a real conversation about what's possible. How to get started: The Roadmap Package begins with a Free Discovery Call. Book that first using the link above — it gives us a chance to make sure we're a good fit before you commit to anything. Investment: $2,000 · Includes 6 sessions, document review, email support between sessions, and a written action plan. All sessions conducted virtually. 🌿
